She said Thanks guys, Friday is the day, she said she wished she was in recovery already, she said she is really worried this morning, at least when they put me under the knife they already had me on drugs for a week and had me tied to a bed, so it was downhill from there.

Now if I was sitting at the house, not in pain, knowing the next I would have been worrying too, but my middle sister just got up there a few hours ago and they are running around, so she won't have time to be worried, that and with the girls and the grand babies living close by too.

These things normally go fine 99 % of the time, I'm going to just pray a little harder to make sure, she said she checks in at 8am goes up to surgery prep at 9am and says it should be a few hours and she is done and should get out Saturday night, and yes I'm worried more than she is

Your sister will be in my family's prayers tomorrow morning. I wish you, her and her family the best and for her to have a speedy recovery. She is a beautiful woman.

Prayers sent Herb, from a 24 year cancer survivor. in 1991 my chances of 5 year survival were 50/50. Still kicking....no recurrence.

10:21 they took her into get hooked for anesthesia, Dr just called right breast is gone, they are starting on the left, then go after the nodes, said she has another four hours or more hours to go

She won't need the radiology, just chemo, because she had a bilateral mastectomy , she is in recovery and my sister and her girls will get to get in to see her in an hour

Back in her room and in a good mood, upbeat so thats a good sign, she have to spend a few days with them, now comes the recovery part

Ok an update, she's had a few bad days but is getting better and is still fighting back, here's what she said today

I'm out and about today in regular clothes and wearing all my new bracelets. I'm claiming 'survivor' status already!
