I'm hoping somebody can help me. We bought our boat a few weeks ago but the previous owner was getting the mooring cover repaired so I did not get a chance to see it on the boat when we bought it. I have now received the cover and put it on the other night.
The cover uses 4 support poles. My question is where does the back pole go (the one closest to the stern)? The hole in the cover lines up right over the back seat. I don't want to put the pole on the seat and let it wear an indention in the seat. Should the seat be raised up and the support pole sit in the storage bin below? It seems the pole should be either in front of or behind that seat, but that would make the pole lean in order to fit into the hole in the cover - then it just slips and falls over.
I can get pictures tonight if that will help explain this better.

I lift my seat and put it inside or just inbetween the two seats, either one works fine. I also have one on my sundeck.

Thanks Craig.
Are those dryer sheets at the back of your seat cushions?? What do you use those for? Is that to keep the seats from sticking so they aren't as hard to open (I'm running in to that a little).

On my rear pole I simply angle it toward the front so it misses the seat.

I open the seat so it comes directly down to the floor under the seat storage area. I worry that if angled it may slip and fall, and you will get a big puddle if it rains
