Does anybody make a rock or wind deflector for pontoon trail

Last night I towed home after a rain and today I will washing the front of the pontoon and the trailer, both are mud covered.

But from what I have heard 1. They don't work that well 2. They create lots of drag on the tow vehicle

They are called mud flaps. They go on the tow vehicle.

Mud flaps would take care of 1/2 of the problem.. I am looking for something to block/direct the wind as it comes off the back of the tow vehicle. Maybe something like this but full height

A problem that occurs every time is bugs stuck to the front fence (and the top of the back seat and bimini cover). I would really like to have some sort of shape to the nose of the trailer to help guide/direct airflow around the flat face of the pontoon fencing.

Like the front of an enclosed trailer

But not made of metal, industrial tarp or netting, maybe slide in hard plastic panels at the bottom..

Ron, we have the same problem with bugs all over the front of the fence and back of the front seats. Our boat has a 2' deck on the front, outside of the fence. Our mooring cover extends down to that part and snaps on. I have thought about having another section of cover made that could just go from the top of the fence down to the front of the deck. I'd have to install more snaps along the front fence and gate. But that would make an angled deflector for the wind as well as keep bugs off the fence and the back of the seats.

My front porch is about 6" and I had been noticing that a lot of newer pontoon mooring covers are extending down to the front of the porch area. That would help with the bug situation in the front by wouldn't provide me much for wind channeling/directing. Also my mooring cover has the riser posts that make it look like DIA and I would be concerned that they would flap and flop if it was up, plus I've read on here and a few other places that I should not town with it in place. Since my trailer is designed for 22-24ft pontoons I have mine set back quite a bit from the trailer tongue, I have a lot of space to work with on the trailer itself.

The iCon wind deflector is an interesting idea, but I think it is designed for something more like a 5th wheel where there is very little gap between tow rig and trailer. There is at least 5ft between the back of the Tahoe and the front deck

I have a friend here in town that works for a canvas company, I was thinking about talking to her to see if she had anybody who could help me with designing something.
