Is that yours? I've got tons of questions about what you need to do to improve the structural integrity of the deck, but have yet to find anyone with adequate answers.

I'm still waiting to see of of these high powered pontoons flip over like the hydrofoil boats we have all probably seen. Maybe the extra weight keeps them form flipping, but at over 100 mph I'm still surprised it hasn't happened.

LOL, hell no...my bank account went in the negitive just from me looking at it :lol3 . I was poking around the Forest River plant, this was the first of the twins on the line. There were 4 on line at the time. I believe those were 300 Yamahas, I was too busy dreaming to take notes :prayer . A few boats down from this one there was one with twin 300 Vearados. South Bay toons are already built like a brick poop house, but I do see some visible differences between their single OB chassis and the twin chassis...minor ones. I've never come straight out and asked, but I can if you would like?

I stopped in at Marty's Marine in Osage Beach, MO (LOTO) to buy an item for my bass boat and noticed a Playcraft on the lot with twin 300 Suzuki's. Just for grins I asked about it. It's a 2005 27 footer, loaded. The cover was on, but it has yellow logs. They're selling it for a customer. He wants $59,900. The guy behind the counter said it is reported to do in the upper 70s.
I'm sure they'd deal.

What I'd really like to know is in the structrual diffences such as: number of stringers, spacing, type of materials used, and any other major factor that allows them to rate the boat for twins.

I drove a Voyager with twin 225 Hondas once and have been crazy about the idea of twins ever since. FWIW: it was rumored to GPS in the mid 70's but I never got it over 60 and never hit WOT. 60 was fast enough back then.
