Should I do it?

Got the financing through on a '12 leftover South Bay 522FCR with a 115 HP Yamaha, full vinyl floor, color fish finder/GPS, and ski tow bar for $21,8 plus my trade (7,200). Gorgeous boat and the wife loves it, nothing else this nice will put us in this price range from what I see. I could go with a Bently tritoon with a 115 Honda on it but boat wise they really do not compare.

I went and found one for look see, and it is a nice looking pontoon for sure. The one I found wasn't exactly equipped the same but it was in reality quite a bit cheaper when you throw in the value of your trade in on your deal... So I'll leave the ball in your court, and you decide 2012 Forest River Marine Southbay 522FCR $24,883 w/115 Yamaha..

You can get a Berkshire Tritoon, 150hp and trailer for $29,000 I think our boat is as nice as any out there.
That seems high for not being a tritoon and a 115hp.

Looks like Forrest River's different toon lines are coming on strong.

I wonder if Warren Buffett even knows he's in the boating business?

Yes, add the trailer, vinyl flooring, ski tow bar, and fish finder/GPS and you would be right around the same price point.

Congrats on the new toon, you won't be disappointed with the southbay. We are going on our third year with it and can't be happier.
