I took my electric leaf blower with me to the lake ,, I track alot of sand onto the toons carpet, so when I get done charging the troll motor batts I took the leaf blower & it blew out the sand alot faster than what it took me with the broom.

My wife uses her leaf blower on our toon now and then but it can be a pretty dirty job. That stuff blows around and can come right back in your face.
The pressure cleaner keeps the dust down.

We have a lot of tree litter and pollen that settles in the boat. The blower stirs that up.

One word...."vinyl"
I know that is not a good option for a lot of people with existing carpet but if you ever have to replace the carpet or buy a new toon just DO IT!!!
I swear, this was the best move I ever did. Had carpet on my Bentley then went with the snap-out carpet/vinyl option on the South Bay and after the first weekend, I never put the carpet back in. I will NEVER do carpet again.
Last weekend (do this a couple of times a year), I lightly sprayed the floor, sprinkled some Dawn detergent on it then started sweeping it with a broom then hosed it off. Looks like the day I bought it.

We only have Vinyl on our back deck and it gets hotter than hell in the summer. Ours is a sand color, I know people who claim theres is not hot so ot obviously must be a different brand that ours or it doesn't get as hot where there at as in Georgia.

If I get a lot of sand in my boat. I will get a water hose with and a spray nozzel, wash all the carpet. (drop the front of the boat trailer down) Let it dry for a couple days then break out the vacume, works great.
