stainless steel for underskin??

I have some extra stainless laying around ....think it would work for under skinning??? Or to heavy ....it for a 18 ft Northwood

Np most of us understand Eubonics.
Can you estimate how much SS it would take, then weight it. How thick is the SS?

18 ga I would say maybe a little thicker..
