Was wondering if o am able to put a tach on my merc 9.9 if so how hard is it

It depends on the motor of course but more than likely if it has the connection point on the controller its not to hard to add one. If it dosnt then its a lot harder. I added a tach and volt meter to my mariner 2 stroke 9.9 last winter and it was more or less simple. I got a plug in accessory cable and routed it to the console and wired it accordingly.
