I have a 25ft pontoon boat with an all fiberglass deck, the title says SEI VS, i did some online research and somewhere I found that it was made by Larson but when I contacted larson they told me they never made a pontoon boat, the serial # is GWV263925898, please help I would like to know what the max HP the transom can handle.

According to the online HIN decoder it was "Coffcraft"

whoa when and where did you find that!!! Is that two projects you have now!?

Are the toons only bolted on in four spots on each side????

It isn't a "Coffcraft".

Decoding the HIN shows that it is a 1998 model and Coffcraft was only in business from 2005-2011 building hovercrafts.

The GWV MIC (Manufacturers Identification Code) was probably recycled to Coffcraft from a builder that was out of business. When? At least 5 years before 2005.

They usually show all owners of a particular MIC, but for some reason it doesn't for this one.

I have an old MIC guide from the late 1990s at work. Maybe I'll find something there. I'll check tomorrow.

But from looking at the way the deck is attached to the toons, I'd bet that it's a backyard job and not factory.

Gotta say, it's an interesting thought, even if it's a homemade job. Any idea what the deck weighs?
