Replacement seat cushion

Know any place other than ebay to find one? Neighbors lost a corner cushion and are looking for one. Couldn't find any previous topics on the subject.
one of the members lost one and went to post it on craigslist and someone has posted a found cushion have they tried doing that?
otherwisee ebay or manufacturer...
