Sidewall Seatbacks Rippling

My toon is about 10 years old but it sits under a covered lift during the summer and is shrink wrapped in winter. Other than the normal dings and dents, the thing is pretty much in fantastic condition. I just notice this weekend however that the back of the seats on the very front of the boat (Next to the front gate) are "rippling"! :( It's pretty bad.

The only thing I can think is that sometimes we don't get the toon far back enough on the lift and the front section is in the sun. (?) ...and this is causing this rippling? I'll try to get some photos pasted the next time I'm up.

I'm just wondering A. How this happened and B. Is there any way to "fix" this?

I understand that only Brett Favre is able to fix this. TT was an idiot for trading him.

(I'm sorry but I couldn't help myself!)
