Got a new to me tow vehicle

#1 Post by my99svt » Sun Feb 09, 2014 7:53 am

Picked up this cherry 2012 Chevrolet 2500HD LTZ w/Duramax Diesel this weekend. I should have no problem towing anywhere now.
It's fully loaded except sun roof. I do have to buy an adjustable ball mount though.

Very nice. Now you'll be looking for a bigger boat. :biggrin2

Thanks guys,

No, I'll definitely not be looking for a bigger boat. I'm done buying big ticket items for a long time!
I have just a few items I want to add to the truck and then I'll be on a strict budget. Wife wants to quit work and go back to school.

Nice looking truck. I have an 03 GMC Duramax dually with 196K miles and the only repair it has ever had was a cracked axle bearing race, somewhat a rare occurrence. You'll love towing with it.

Thank you, I'm so ready for summer. This will definitely make me have a great summer. Already have a trip to LOTO and the river trip planned.

Nice truck, Tim! That should do the trick! I kinda wish I had gone 3/4 Duramax instead of the 1/2 ton, after that idiot took my 03 out last year. But, this one seems to do ok. Let me know when you are planning on hitting LotO, maybe we will be there at the same time!
