I sold my toon Thursday and decided to go buy a new truck and trade my old one and the car in as I don't need two vehicles anymore. Here are some pictures they had on the web. I have not had time to take any of my own.

I bought one of those too! I got the ext. cab, all terrain package. I love it and I don't think it will have any problems pulling my toon. Congrats on the new ride!

Bought similar one about about six weeks ago. Mine is the white diamond color. Too darn much snow here to get pictures. Hope you like yours.

Beautiful truck. But I hope they knocked down the price since the steering wheel logo was put on upside down. :)

Great looking truck. Congrats!! We have a GMC Yukon XL and I love the way it drives. On a side note, I was finally given the OK from the Admiral to trade in the minivan that I've been driving (yes, the Admiral gets the Yukon Denali while I drove a minivan!!) for a new to me truck!! I've only got one cell phone pic of it, but I plan to post up some pics soon with it hooked up to the 'toon. It's a beast!!

(sorry to hijack your thread!)

Pretty sure I would walk everywhere before selling my pontoon boat. Thats just me. But hey, without water its pretty hard to get much use out of a toon. Nice looking rig. Im planning on trading in my Z71 on a 3/4 ton Diesel sometime this year. Permission from the admiral still pending. :prayer

On the lake, we had a pretty bad winter and you can't find any sylvania on the lake that has not had a bad winter. There are less than 500 acres of it now and the powers of the state are spraying it daily as of a month ago. Thousands of acres of it has been washed over the spillway. So hopefully they can control it to a point that the lake is usefull.

I sold the toon because it's not a lot of fun to go out by yourself and ride around. I have not enjoyed it sense the loss of my wife. I won't miss it much or hope I wont. But my son lives a few miles from me and has the houseboat and the ski boat if I need a fix.

I will still visit this site it's on the agenda everyday second page I click on. I will never forget the times we had on the water but those times are gone and most likely wont return.

Fully understand Jim!
If the lake fills back up, you can sit on the edge of your pier, watch the sun go down and drink a beer.... and remember old times!
