I got what I think is a great quote . The boat is a Crest Classic 250 SLR2 , Classic LE package which includes powder coated fence, led cup holders,Extra D rails for looks , Stainless accents, CP3+ which includes the larger center tune,in floor storage, lifting strakes, 45 gal fuel cell, aluminum skin, tow bar , added a second bimini, Carribean helm, dual battery boxes and switch, stainless rub rail insert, full teak and holly vinyl floor , ottoman cooler , high back helm recliner, Crest anniversary package,250 verado pro for 54,000 . Seemed like a good price to me .

Before I broke off with my Crest guy, he was countering with a Classic 230, similarly equipped, Merc 150 4-stroke in the 55K range. Your quote sounds pretty sweet.
I thought I wanted a Carribean before he pissed me off.
Edit: hang on, I re-read your post. No mention of a trailer. My deal was including a trailer. My bad.

Trailer would put me in the 58 k range but with a 250 pro vs a 150. Thats like 7k diff right there . Good comparison though, thanks for the input !

DO IT! Thats a really good price and at least 10K under what I saw when looking at Crest before buying my South Bay.

Yeah I am leaning hard on doing it. I really like my Southbay and went up to look at the Blue 724 I posted earlier. Problem was the dealer said it had 10 hrs and was the Southbay Photo boat. Now thats true, as it is the boat in the brochure and also on the website but , it had 26 hrs on it not 10. Turns out they used it as there own boat for last season. Not a bad thing just not what he told me .
