Well, we just purchased our 2014 Harris Flotebote 200 Cruiser tritoon with a 115hp mercury 4 stroke efi. We've practically lived on it all summer. The family is happy with every aspect of the boat.
Of course now I want to tinker!
I am running 31-33mph depending on load and water conditions.
prop= Mercury Spitfire 13.8x13P
RPM=6800 trimmed

Re: Compare your Prop setup
I know someone smarter than me will add their input but that seems to be above the recommended RPMs for that engine...

Re: Compare your Prop setup
That was a concern of mine. When does the motor hit a rev limiter?

Re: Compare your Prop setup
It should hit the limiter before 6800. I would check the setting and connections on the tach to make sure it's correct. 33 mph for your setup sounds pretty good though.
