Has anybody had to move their helm seat back for comfort. On my sweetwater it seems really close to the
Console I am a bit over six feet tall. It's funny I had a guy doing work on it and he asked do you want me to move the seat back he is over six feet too.
Am I right to assume the seats are through bolted to the deck.

Does your seat have a slider? If not it may be as simple as finding a slider that fits your post. The usually give 2.5" movement, 5" total, either way. Otherwise just unbolt it and move the base back a few inches IF you have access to the nuts under the flooring.

The slider should be an easy retrofit

There is no slider on the seat.. And I have the boat in a wet slip so I can't get to the seat bolts . Yuck...

Does your seat swivel? If it does, you should be able to add the slider.
