Pontoon Stuff is the greatest!

This may be the wrong place to post this but I just wanted those of you that haven't delt with PontoonStuff to know that they have the greatest customer service I've ever encountered! I recently bought a boat to refurbish and ordered seats for but before I could finish it, I sold it and purchased a boat that didn't need any seats. Long story short, they let me send all of the seats back for full refund even though it was all my fault that they needed to go back. They have made a customer for life! Great company with great people. I dont see that much any more!

They are always they to help and I've never seen better customer service, a while back a member damaged his under deck ladder, I checked about getting parts with PS and they offered him a code for 50% off on a new one, they didn't have to do that, but they knew they would have him as a customer for life, keep up the good work James and Crew

i agree... something as simple as this: a couple years ago, when i ordered my bimini top from them.... and other stuff... i jokingly asked the girl to send me something free... she did. a pontoon stuff T shirt! something as simple as that.... tell me another place that will toss in a gift, just for asking...
