I'm trying to find the brackets that 'were' welded to the back of toon logs. The PO had problems with the depth finder
and decided to take it off. He removed the brackets from the back of the toons as well. Guess he figured he didn't need them
anymore.
Is there a CO that makes those or would I be better off having a metal supplier make me some?

Re: Log brackets
The brackets I have on my boat logs are not low enough, so as to be able to mount a transducer low enough to let be useful at higher speeds.
If I were to have new brackets made I would have them come out flush with the bottom of the logs for that reason.
A sheet metal shop can probably make you some and weld them on.
Just keep that in mind if you do.
