Quicksilver SYnthetic Blend vs Quicksilver Synthetic Blend?

Was at Wally World today. They had two quicksilver Synthetic Blends on the shelf. Quicksilver 92-858031q01 and 92858027z01. Front panel verbage is very similar. Back panel description looks identical. Part #'s are similar. Anyone know the difference besides the price?
If it matters, the oil is going into premix for my '99 115 Merc.

I would go for the cheapest. Both are rated for the same with the TC-W3 certified so either would be fine.

If you look up the part numbers, both of those have identical MSRP. Interesting it is so much cheaper.

$19.99 is an incredible price. Likely Wal-Mart was able to buy a large bulk load of that particular part number.
