Just when you think you can sit back , take it easy till it comes in, you get off the phone with PS and someone is knocking on the door with what you ordered :thumbsup

We ordered the whole boat floor up after we got it stripped, where starting to shine the toons up figuring we have them done before the flooring came in, wrong, every thing was there in four days, and we forget to order one thing, I called and ordered it, then it just showed up,Great Customer service the best I seen in the boat business

:thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

I had a problem with a ply wood delivery and one call got it taken care of. They actually cared and made it right. Some seats didn't show up and they sent out some others just in case they didn't make it.. Customer service beyond expectation. :thumbsup :thumbsup

Sweet! Make sure and review it on their site. Jim would like all the items he carries to have reviews on the website.

Well where the base that is screwed to floor and post connect it seems to have separated. That is where the movement comes from. Guess I need a welder.

Send James an email, I got him working with the manufacturer of my vinyl flooring, it was getting dirty from us just walking on it and then my brother threw a pool type ladder on the deck he was using getting on and off the boat, when we had engine problems, the bad thing it was raining many times a day and filled the ladder up with water and it turned to rust.

So he hooked the boat up to take it to get looked at and threw the ladder on deck and drove away, it really made a mess and you can't clean it, so we will be replacing it with something, I'm trying to stay away from carpeting, but need a better type of vinyl, that doesn't get dirty in normal use.

But you may have got a bad one and James can help with that
