Best value between two tritoon Benningtons?

Found a couple of three log Bennington's locally (Virginia) ... one is a 2010 2250 RCW and the other is a 2014 24SLX. Both have 150 HP Yamaha engines, and the same SPS three log system (non-ellipitical logs). Both have about 20-30 hours on them. Both fresh water lake only. Both original owners.

Both boats have the same pontoon length (22'6"). The 24 SLX deck does NOT extend to the front of the pontoons and has a total length of 23'11". The 2250 RCW's deck extends past the pontoons for a total length of 24'6". Is this just marketing? Does the 2250 RCW's deck overhanging the front of the pontoons make it easier to board? It's a bit confusing.

Given the above info (all I have since I haven't actually inspected either of them), and what appears to be nearly the same pricing (about $30K) ... would really appreciate some comments re which represents the best value. And, whether the deck/pontoon differences matter ...

Thanks.

Did I phrase the summary of the two options poorly? Thirty readings and no opinions? From boaters? :-)

My first thought is the 2014 has 2 more years of warranty on the engine.

The 2010 bow can strike the dock, so remember to have a fender available for the bow. My bow is similar and it is very easy to board.

I was thinking the same--the warranty in force speaks.

Not sure the six inches will make a huge difference. I find extra room up front only makes a huge difference for me if the space is outside the fence and even then it has to be at least a foot wide to make walking easier.
