I placed an order but did not receive the correct items. I got two 32oz bottles of Multi-Service Cleaner. I've tried to contact pontoonstuff.com but haven't had much luck. I've emailed, filled out the "contact us" form on their website, and called the 877-295-9522 number (just a continuous recording telling to me to wait for next available representative). I've had no one try to contact me back. I figure they're reputable based on how much business I see folks on here doing with them so maybe I need to give them a little more time to respond. It's been about 24 hours since I first contacted them.

I wouldn't freakout over 24hrs. Did you email support@pontoonstuff.com?

JBO, I did email support@pontoonstuff.com. That was the very first thing I did.

Been almost two full days since I initially contacted them. Still no contact back, but I have no doubts this will be resolved to my satisfaction.

I'd "reply all" back to the original email that was sent and say something to the effect of "Hey, sent this a few days ago and just wanted to make sure it got to the right place. Can you help me resolve the issue?"

It could have slipped through the cracks. As an example, I had a similar issue with PS but the issue was resolved with a second email after I hadn't heard back in a few days. Obviously stuff happens. They'll make it right with you.
