Better than my last offering on #2

Local lore has it that there will be 3 snows after the gulls return to the lake (by the millions) before the ice goes out. Well they came back a couple of weeks ago (all in one day). This is snow #3:


My throttle hand is starting to itch. Ice ain't out yet, but it is black and ready to go. I'm just about done with my maintenence and will be launching in a week or two. It is SO on!!

Put your long Johns on and get out there already,,,

We got 3 FEET of snow last weekend. We're still launching on the 1st - that's when the marina opens.
It's supposed to snow this weekend too.

No biggie - we've boated in snowstorms before.

Oh man, I feel for you guys. All that snow would make my head spin so late in the year. Growing up in Germany I can tell but enjoy now the warmer San Diego climate.
This was the first time we took the still new toon out at the Colorado River in Yuma last weekend. Relaxing with friends and family at a sandbar with a full cooler
