Outboards with an extra long leg?
Hey guys, I am having trouble finding an outboard in Canada that will work on the boat I am building. Transom height is 26", and I am looking at a max of 75hp. Any ideas?

I've only seen XL shafts starting at 90hp and those are usually special order, they really don't become common until the 115hp+ range.

You could consider an shaft extension from here.

That is what I have seen as well, i was really hoping to avoid going as large as a 90 but beggers cant be choosers.
Bamby, thanks for the link but I prefer my shaft to be a factory original when buying a new motor.
