Pontoon Boat & Deck Boat Forum

I keep my boat on a covered lift but here in Louisiana, we generally get a good thunderstorm most every summer afternoon. On the weekends, I typically take the full cover off on Thursday night and will not put it back on till Sunday night.

Blowing rain still soaks my console/helm so I was wondering if anyone has purchased a helm/console ONLY cover. Right now, I usually just stuff my full cover around the helm but looking for a better solution.

Recommendations???

On my old pontoon only the helm and drivers seat was new, the rest was lawn chairs,
I bought two cheap grill covers They work well and are cheap

I've seen a few of these type of covers on some of the toons that are beached in our area overnight.

Check out Walmart lawn furniture covers. They are decent price come in a bunch of sizes and work great to cover seats and anything els on the toon

Many thanks for all the input. I may have to make a trip to one of the Big Boxes and check out the lawn furniture covers.
