I am trying to find out the service schedule and maintenance schedule for Tracker Marine Trailstar trailers. My 2011 PB 24 had to go back to factory due to structural failure ( see post ). I was advised that repairs are finished and redy to be shipped back dealer here Lake Havasu City Az.
I have been under the impression the boat was picked up and put on a truck to be transported back to factory. Wrong ! Boat was towed back by pic-up truck almost 1500 miles one way. I am pretty sure they didnt grease bearings ( as I wud have ) and give the trailer a once over to make sure everything ok for round trip. I am told now boat due back next week to dealer. So anybody out there have or know a download of service schedule for trailer. Also any suggestions are appreciated. I will keep all informed on Tracker's repair at factory and just what they did and how it was repaired when i see my boat. All you folks out there have great with in-put and support tnx again to all 53POWELL

The maintenance on boat trailers would vary--according to mileage towed and how many times the boat has been put into the water.

You should immediately have the hubs disassembled, cleaned, inspected and greased. Most people that tow a lot need yearly maintenance. I don't tow often and grease my hubs every 2-3 years.

There's nothing worse than being broken down on the side of the road with the hubs burned out on a boat trailer.

Think maybe tracker dealer at my request shud perform maintenance on trailer and or parts needed
when boat arrives back and bill tracker since the structural defect tracker problem from the beginning. Boat still under warranty. Like i said i was told truck would come and pick -up like a drop deck trailer or such even a car trailer and haul it back. That why they wanted boat derigged and empty gas tank. I would have thought they would of wanted to see the structural damage for their engineers to find out the cause so as correct design flaw and make repairs even beef up I am sure
they dont want this boat again to factory

Wouldn't hurt to ask since they did just put 3,000 miles on your trailer.... But I see no reason for them to have needed to see your boat with the motor installed as that would have put the boat and/or motor at risk of further damage had it been left hanging there...

I agree I was told that de-rigg was due to engineers wanted to see boat with no further damage
Federal law cant have any gas in tank during transport. Motor removed at request of tracker engineers Had 3/4 tank of gas in 42 gal tank $$$$.

I would check tires for wear and pull and check bearings. Also after 3000 miles check all connections,
