OLDRR STYLE PADDLE BOAT PONTOON

I have acquired an older style paddle wheel pontoon boat. I want to restore this boat The serial number on boat is WRSBA352MB1L . Does anyone know what company made this and what year it is? I want to restore for our grand kids to use.
If needed I could possibly send pictures later.

First 3 letters are the manufacture, a quick lookup shows the HIN currently is from Palm Beach or Weeres, one or the other because the merged a while back and in the last few years got purchased by Premier.

is palm beach and weeres a company or location? what would I look for on the internet for more info?

They are manufactures located in Minnesota, I've seen a few Weeres pontoon paddle around be they are pretty rare, Kennedy and Ercoa paddle pontoons were a lot more popular.
