Bearing Buddies

I lost one of the small rubber inserts on my trailer axle and need a replacement. They don't have a dust cover just the little rubber insert. No bra either. My question is, what do I measure to get a "bearing buddy" for the hubs? Its a 2015 Suntracker tandem axle trailer. Haven't called the dealer yet. Turned here for help first. Thanks fellas.

You can find inserts at a Tractor Supply and some auto parts. DO NOT REPLACE WITH BEARING BUDDIES.
What you have greases from back to front and way better than Bearing Buddies
