Verifying Model Year?

I bought a 1996 28' Party Hut last July and just now received the DMV title on it.
They have it listed as a 1989 not a 1996.
If I contact Tracker with a VIN can they give me the exact model year?

should be able to. Looking at the color scheme and shape of your boat I would guess 89.

The last two digits of your Hull Identification Number are the year of manufacture.

Yup, it reads, "...89" .
