Getting her ready ?

Ordered a new water pump and thermo for my Suzuki DF 90,when I dropped the lower unit I noticed that the speedometer (I don't have a speedometer) hose which is just a couple of inches long had few cracks in it. Any reason I can't just put a rubber cap over the nipple the hose went too ?

No problem , I did that with my df 70 a few years ago. BTW I have a few new parts (trim solenoids) etc. and such that were for my 70 that you can have cheap if they will fit your motor.
