Put the boat to bed today

It's always a little bit sad when we have to put the boat to bed. I'm always wishing for just one more weekend of nice weather, but it's getting late in the year and too risky to chance it.
Ironically, less boating usually also means less new posts on one of my favourite forums. Things always seem to dry up here somewhat in the winter months. Hope the summer has been good to you all and that winter brings tons of dreams (realistic or otherwise) for interesting boat mods, and day trips next summer.
Personally, I've already established that I "need" a new larger fish finder, a raw water pump, and a new house battery. In the absence of the funds to do these things, I will just have to obsessively plan them for when the funds become more available.
Have a great winter folks?
