Came across a 2010 Yamaha 40HP with power trim, less than 200 hours. Looks to be in very good shape. Trying to determine if the asking price is fair. Also comes with set of controls. What do you think its worth?

Looks like around $3600 for average condition That is figured with my zip code, with the control box, maybe add another hundred.
