WHICH HOLE

Don't go there!

So Dealer messed up. This is on the lowest hole. Four below it 3/4" adjustments between the holes. The upper vent plate is 2-1/4 below the transom. To make it level with the transom is hole four. Should I go to five all the way up and and back down?

Dealer says he owes me an adjustment.

Lest you jump and say go even. I can flood the back of my pontoon with a little uptrim and if I open the gate create a foot bath like not tomorrow about 3-4' a half inch deep inside the gate.

Max RPM is 4800 to 4900 at 22-23 MPH GPS, loaded with 6-7 people, two ice chest, kitchen sink etc. I was getting 27 MPH lightly loaded and cleaned up. Prop is a SS 15X15. Rest of the boat stats are in my signature.

Now just where did you think we'd go with this?

:rofl

Seriously, I'd think that at least hole 4 would be good.

The yellow arrow is pointing to what's likely creating the back-splashing problem and also some speed and efficiency loss also.

The green arrow is pointing the target area you need to raise it to, to more or less match the bottom of your transom.

Based on the location of the green arrow, I should be at hole five... as high as it can go.

Going to have to ponder that one.
