Guys and gals, no doubt this has been beaten like a rabid cat but I simply cant find what i am looking for. My boat is 3 years old, i use it in the southern rivers and offshore. The toons were getting pretty stained. Just now I used some Star Brite Ultimate Aluminum Cleaner/Restorer (spray bottle). I believe I may have messed up. It looks like hell. For the most part it is shiny, however there is alot of inconsistency in it and that shade it is now is not what i was expecting.

Any wisdom on how to remedy this? Buffer and polish?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

NAPA Alum Brite sprayed on full strength with a big sprayer will flat bring your finish back to a shiny but near white finish; or at least to say the whiter side of silver. Beyond that if you want SHINE it all boils down to elbow grease and/or a polishing compound and a buffer... Only there will you find a high shine but then you MUST protect that high shine with something akin to SharkSkin...

These pictures are before and after with only AB50 sprayed on and off nothing else. To get a more even appearance I would have simply done a 2nd or 3rd coat but I was running out. Keep in mind this is a boat that while only 2 years old it stays wet 24/7/365
