Boatel or on-trailer storage near Annapolis, MD

I'm looking for a boatel or on-trailer storage with a boat ramp near Annapolis, MD. Feel like I'm hitting my head against the wall.
I've contacted about 20 places. Two have on trailer storage with launching on premises. No one can take a pontoon on a boatel. I know pontoons are not as common on the Chesapeake Bay, but come on, has no one noticed that there are quite a number out there?
I'm no rocket scientist (but my college roommate was) but it seems like someone could offer boatel service for pontoons and really have a corner on that market. Seems like physically, adapting the racks and lift should not be that tough.
So, Holiday Hill Marina and Backyard Boats marina (both a little further south than I was hoping for) offer trailer storage and launching. Anyone else with a lead/info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd
(I'll stop ranting now...to much coffee this AM).
