Enertia Propeller RPM change per pitch

Anyone change there Enertia Propeller by 1 pitch and check what the RPM's did?
Some say 150 RPM change, others say 350 RPM change.
I want to gain 300-400 rpm or so.
Not sure if I need to go 2" change or just 1" change.

I assume you are talking about pitch of the prop and not the diameter. Generally speaking you will gain 200 rpm for every 1 inch of propeller pitch you go down. If you want the 400 you would probably need a 2 inch change. Keep in mind from your other thread that once you go down those 2 inches you will be at the top of the RPM range for the boat but will likely lost top end speed and gain holeshot. You will also lose a lot of fuel efficiency as you will be running higher RPM's to achieve the same speed. Honestly if you hit 40 as you stated (see the math below as I don't think you actually hit 40) you are getting more speed out of your current setup that most other people and it shouldn't have a problem with holeshot with that prop as I have a heavier boat with the same engine and prop and it will pin you back in the seat from a rolling start. Changing prop pitch doesn't really do much to mid HP tritoons like mine and yours.

Just to give you and idea of top speed see the math worked out below. For arguments sake I'll use 0% slip for both of the below calculations.

15 pitch prop - 5350 RPM @ 0% Slip
40 mph Theoretical top speed

14 pitch prop - 5550 RPM @ 0% Slip
38 mph Theoretical top speed

13 pitch prop - 5750 RPM @ 0% Slip
37 mph Theoretical top speed

Has anyone changed there Enertia prop pitch and if so what did it do to your RPM's?
I know the thought of 200 rpm per pitch, but I am looking for real world experience.
I currently have a 15 pitch and would like to know what a 14 or 13 would do RPM wise.

The 14 pitch enertia on my boat raised it just under 200 rpm but lowered my top speed so I went back to the 15. What are you trying to accomplish by changing props and it might bee easier to help you.

I just wanted to know the RPM change per pitch in the real world.
I need a Lake Powell prop for my boat and based on what you posted I think I will get a 13 pitch.
Lake Powell is 3,000 foot higher then my local lake so the power takes a hit.
I also think when/if I ever need to run very heavy the 13 will come in handy.

I don't know if it helps you guys, .. I splashed the boat yesterday and took a short spin:

Enertia 14p behind a Verado 150. WOT is 5800-6300. I got 34 mph on a 22 ft tritoon with dirty strakes. A real clean hull might have gotten me into the 38 range. That's at about 550 ft above sea level.

What RPM's do you turn wide open?

24 Berkshire, triton, 3/4 length sport toon, 150 Yamaha 4 stroke, original is a 15 pitch Yamaha reliance stainless, that does ok, but loses bite in turns and heavier seas especially a following sea. I got a 14 pitch enertia, I call it my power prop, never cavitates holds the boat regardless of sea condition. I can hit 38 MPH at 5800 with the enertia, the Yamaha I can just crack 40 in perfect conditions with a light load and right at 6000. bottom line, the enertia is a great prop in general, you can see the difference in the size of the blades and rake.

The analog needle reads a hair under 6000 most of the time.

Yesterday, a WOT hard turn to starboard, trim down, the 14p broke loose at 11 o'clock. Until then it was biting water. It recovered easy.

Wish I had a digital gauge for an exact read as opposed to the analog one now. I didn't know how much I'd miss the digital smart gauges I had on the Yamaha twins.

I checked Harris for a price to add the MercMonitor and they're pretty proud of those things. I'm thinking of trading up next year. Maybe on the next boat.

simple math, lets say a 15 Pitch gives you 5500 rpm. Multiply the 5500 by 15 then divide by what every pitch you want to try next. A 16 would only turn 5156rpm and a 14 5890rpm. This is ONLY if you want use the SAME Brand/Style of prop. I wish more props were available in 1 Pitch steps! On My current prop, a 17p, turns 5900 but is only Available in 2 pitch steps. A 15p would go past the limiter at 6680! And the 19p would only turn 5280, if that, due to being WAY below the 5600-6200 window. I have the 15p version and it does hit the 6500rpm limiter with a light load but work GREAT with a full load or pulling tubes/skiers.

I think he is running the standard 150 like mine and not the Verado, but I may be wrong. The 150 4 stroke's WOT range is 5000-5800 so the OP is well within that range. The Verado's have a much higher max rpm than the standard 4 stroke so OP wouldn't be within range on a Verado but is there with the current setup.

Yes we have the same Mercury 150 4-stroke and it's a great motor so far. (only 3 hours so far)
