....where the **** is all this global warming? 60 degrees right now in SC with a high of 71 today, practically June.

This is the first time out with the boat this year, and last year we were in the water in April. I'm gonna go spray some more of my wife's hairspray out the window.

We were on the lake at 83F, clear and sunny yesterday - we have been running 78 to 88 since March. BUT, we are seeing loooong stretches of rain. This week will be in the 80s but with at least some rain forecast every darned day.

Our normal is around 45" of liquid falling out of the sky each year, but I suspect we are headed for more than that. I should not complain because it keeps the lake at full pool level.

We went out today. It wasn't too cold to get in the water, it was too cold to get OUT.

Sunny & clear, no rain. Beautiful pontooning weather, but water is still way too cold for me to want to put my jet skis in.
