South Bay Underdeck panel removal

Want to upgrade seat pedestal. All rivets for 1 panel out but still won't budge.

is there adhesive maybe? I don't have any under panels so not much help....

Since it’s the captain’s pedestal seat; can you remove the trim side plate along the top edge of the right ‘toon and get to the nuts from the side?

That seems to be they way my boat guys get to things under my tri-toon floor.
