Props - 2007 Sun Tracker Party Barge 3.0 Sterndrive

I have a 2007 Sun Tracker Party Barge 25 Regency edition Pontoon, Merc cruiser 3.0 (135hp) sterndrive, Alpha one, 15 spline. The original prop is a 16 x 14 (dia/pitch) aluminum. I am wanting to replace it with a Stainless-steel prop. I went to www.rubexprops.com and noticed that a Solas Lexor 15 3/4 x 15 #1571-158-15 would work. I bought one and install it, I noticed now that I am under powered, RPM range is 4200 - 4800. With 4 adults I am maxing out at just under 4200rpms. I have also been told to try a 15 5/8 x 13 Solas New Saturn #1531-156-13 it should bring my RPMs up. I was wanting to know if there is a person here that has the same set up using a SS prop and what size you have. I have looked for the same size prop 16 x 14 in a SS and cannot find one. It's to expensive to keep doing the trial and error. Any help would be appreciated.
