Looking to purchase a 2006 Harris 220 tritoon with 150 Honda with approx. 700hrs.Dry stored on fresh water lake. Have been boating all my life but I know little about pontoon boats. Pros? Cons? give me your advise.

Sounds like a good choice. Honda reliability is tops, but maintenance may have been neglected. Most of the time a boat purchase is buying and engine with a boat attached. Fortunately, most everything on a toon can be repaired or replaced by folks with average skills ( or less, like me).
After making sure the engine is ready to roll, preferably with a sea trial, check the decking for rot and soft spots and pontoons for leaks.
Keep us advised how this works out for you. Folks on here are still mostly hibernating, but once they wake up, you will find them more than helpful.

Is there someone near you that services Hondas? That would be my ONLY concern.
Honda service network is few and far between. But they are great motors.
If you are handy, service it yourself and no worries.

UPDATE: Purchased the boat. Had it checked out by mechanic at marina. Good compression in all cylinders, all fluid levels good, No corrosion, slight oil leak at timing cover. Test drive was good. I will be changing engine oil and thermostat first , then lower unit oil and impeller change. Excited to get it on the water! Thanks for your help! Tried to load pic but I guess I don't know how?
