Center Pontoon Fuel Cell Leaking

Hey All, new to the forum here! I've signed up because I enjoy reading all the topics....and I need help! I cannot seem to find any information out there at all regarding maintenance on hose connections attached to fuel cells that are located inside the center toon.
I have a 2007 Crest Tritoon II LE 2570 with two tanks and when I fill up the internal toon tank with fuel at the marina, you can see gas in the water. Afterwards, there's also a strong lingering smell right above the middle/front part of the deck.
I feel like there is a hose or fitting on top of this internal tank that needs to be replaced. Are there any videos or guidance on how to do this?
On the Crest, there does NOT seem to be an easy access point to the top of the toon for maintenance. It's in a slip as well.
Is this a matter of taking it to a shop and dropping the whole center toon off to replace the fitting? Or an easier way to come through the decking perhaps.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue and let me know how you dealt with it, it would be really awesome! Thanks, Richard
