Getting the toon out of storage - What do I need to do?

Probably a real Newbie question but since this is the first time I've done this I thought I'd ask the experts.

I had the boat properly winterized last year. Now I'm ready to get it back on the water. Got it all cleaned up (That 303 cleaner is amazing!), protected, oil topped off.

Is there anything special I need to do for the engine? What's the proper way to start for the first time in the spring?

Thanks!

If you stored it away right all you should have to do is add gas and start it and you burn off the fogging oil quick.

We don't do that in Florida as we try to use it year around, if we have the time

Make sure the batts are charged and may want to start it at home (with water) run it for a bit to make sure it is running right.

Do what I do,
Pull boat out, drink some beer
look around to check it, drink some beer
take cover off, drink some beer
look around some more, drink some beer

awww hell, let the dealer prep it, I'm going in for nascar and a nap!
