Up a creek without a ladder!

Hi,
I lost my ladder a few weeks ago while on the lake. I've got a 24' Fisher. I can't find a replacement one that fits and I don't like the idea of drilling new holes. The old ladder was 12" wide and was a 4 step folding one. Fisher (a Rinker boat) doean't make them anymore. Anybody have any suggestions. My wife can't pull me in anymore!
