Trying to keep from getting rear ended,
Flags are from a contractors supply store. Attached to a 1/8" nylon cord, loop in one end and a short bungy cord on the other end. Easy on, easy off.

If they can't see that big ass toon, they may miss them too, but it can't hurt, and you can prove you were doing every thing in your power to stop a crash.

Interesting concept. I suppose a good lawyer might even make the case they were required if your motor was 3' behind your trailer lights.
My trailer lights are mounted on the boat when I tow so that is probably not the case for me. I go the other way. I would like to sell someone my 3000 hour motor and get a new one.

Hey IMHB.
Good Idea. Who cares what you can prove or not prove or who's fault it is. Bottom line here is you dont want your boat or worse engine damaged. Cheap way to be seen. I like it... Cant see going thru all the hassle of going thru insurance companies. A woman hit MY truck parked and unoccupied in a parking lot and my insurance wanted me to claim it on my policy. I said are you crazy, heck I was not even driving. The other woman had insurance so I submitted it thru hers. Jeez Louise did that Pee MEE off. I got truck fixed and rental car. Still lost my time taking it to shop. I like your flag. Just like using your headlights at all times. People just dont see you. Textn, Twitterin, Shitterin, Cellin, Facebookin you name it but not driven. OK i am done. Night boys.
