oh, yes.... somewhere in the price you pay for the things you buy at pontoonstuff, is included their giveaways..... a business can't stay open if they give away their profits.....

but, shop around... not only their prices are quite competitive, their customer service is second to none. for example, make a decent order with them... ask them to throw in a free t-shirt... it worked for me! it's rare that another company will do that.

every week or two, they give something away.... and even show list of names in a device, and how the winner is chosen....... recently it was a bimini top... before that a ladder..... etc...

Nice!

Wish they'd do it on their website.

I don't "do" FB.

Hi Guys

I think Mike is going to put up a section where we will announce the giveaways on the forum too and for guys who don't use Facebook we will pull your names from the weekly giveaway section so everyone has a fair chance.

As for it being free, it really it :) Just part of my advertising budget... nothing works better than free stuff to get people talking about you so in the end it has actually been a great successful for us, the free stuff has generated a lot of business so it all work out in the end.

Yep and I was one of them and he wasn't cheap, he was willing to let me order the power top and everything, I offered to pay some of the cost and he wouldn't have anything to do with it, He said order what you want.

But He does get free advertising and plenty of word of mouth from giving stuff away, I know I've always got a good word for them on facebook

We are also going to start doing an annual full rebuild free of charge on the forum, all the members get to sign up and we'll choose someone randomly and they get to go all out... whatever you want, no limits :) Like we did for Craig and Herb.

It is good advertising, you can spend it for flash or spend it on people who will give you great word of mouth

I'm looking forward to giving him some advertising. :)

Got some good ideas on how to make this worth his while as they say. A full rebuild is really pricey unless you do it over time. Or at least it is for me.
