Based on that info I would say you need a 15X13 maybe even a 15X11 with a loaded up toon. If you can get another loaner to test that would be ideal.

I think I would go to a 15 x 15. That's what I have on my 150 and I spin about 6000 rpms. You need to gain 800 rpms, and 2 drops in pitch should get this. IMHO any more than this will spin your prop too fast

Re: Prop selection for new E-Tech 150
Etecs on Tritoons love Vipers! The rake will give you a lot of bow lift and good speed. Renegades are good for stern lift, the boat will ride abit on the flat side, Holeshot is good, fuel economy is about the best with this prop also. You can try a Raker, I found this was the best for speed, but the high rake makes it a bad "General Use" prop and they do not give much fuel economy. Pretty much sucks at hole shot and pulling tubes and skiing. I tested several different props on the SHP for Manitou a few years ago found the Viper is about the best. Yes, the Enertia is a great prop, I run it on my Premier's Verado, but I never tested it on the Etec, because the Etec hub was not available back in 2008, it is available now, I would recommend trying one.
Prop testing.... I love it! Still have 2 new Mercs to spin! WHEN I GET TIME!
Have Fun!

Re: Prop selection for new E-Tech 150
thanks, the dealer put an order in for a new 15x15 viper, they told me as long as I do not damage it I can trade it in for another new one if it does not do what i want it to.
