I’m taking on the project of replacing the walls and roof on my party Cruiser. A couple questions for those who have done it:
What kind of rivets did you use to put the walls back together?
Can the walls be replaced without removing the roof?
When taken apart do the walls need to slide into the aluminum channels or do they come completely apart and riveted in place?
Any pointers before I get started? Videos, pics, anything you would have done differently if you were to do it again?
Thanks

Re: Party Cruiser walls....
Still looking for some answers if anyone can help. Looked at other sources but can’t find specifically the process in taking the walls apart, what kind of Rivets to use, wether it can be done one section at a time bs taking the whole thing down. Thanks in advance from anyone who has done it!
Re: Party Cruiser walls....
I replaced all the walls with coragated plastic, look up corragated plastic in nj,130$ a 4/8 panel,30 lbs each, very easy to work with, doesant have the best uv ratings but I protected mine with vinyl wrap, the rivets are called tri rivets, when i removed my old walls They weighed in at 90 lbs each soaking wet,

Re: Party Cruiser walls....
If it's anything like my Party Hut, the roof will have to come off first before the walls since the roof sits on the walls/used for support. Replacing the roof?...is it aluminum or plywood? Can you post some pictures of the attachment points and rivets?
