The logs (if you call them that) look to be about 30" wide. I don't know the weight of the toon but I'm betting it sits a little low in the water due to the heavy construction material. I would like to see it in person to really evaluate it but it looks cool from the pictures.

i guess i better get my cousin to go have a look at it , as he is only 1/2 hr away, and i am 5 hrs away ...see if he can get more pics and information , and possibly put it in the water . this would help me make up my mind

It looks underpowered with that 40 but hard to tell how much more motor you can put on it. Deffinately unique! I'd go for it if the price is right. :thumbsup

Looks like a ton of fun....(no pun).
Seriously, weight would be your prime issue if there were any. The only way to really know is to motor up. 90HP 2 stroke is one of the more common pontoon motors going. Probably a reasonable place to start.
Agreed with margaritaman to try a 'weight test' first. A lot of people use a 55 gallon drum and fill it 5 gallons at a time, or about ten 5 gallon pails will work as well. Put the weight as far to stern as you can.

shiiiiiiiiiiit ...... looks like the ship set sail ..... trying to track it down .... i'm hoping the add just expired, i reposted it ( with pics ) to see if it is still around.... i will keep you posted if i find it...... S.O.B..... if this thing was an hr away it would be sitting in my yard allready , and my wife would be yelling at me that its time to come in , and put them God Dam lawn chairs back where they belong !!!!!!! :biggrin2
