I think I'm getting better and smarter with every beer but still far from what I want, but getting there I think.

What is everyone using to get in the tight spots? Right now I'm using a Dewalt 7"/9" polisher which will not get every where I need?

This could be step 1 if you have a lot of cleaning to start with
http://www.autogeek.net/wolfgang-metall ... pound.html

This is what I started with this time:
http://www.autogeek.net/wolfgang-metall ... olish.html

I finished with Sharkhide polish, but for some reason I can't access the link to the page.

I also used 2 different kinds of pads recommended by Autogeek (I called them).

You question about the tight spots: I used a smaller pad this time. The only tough spot is on the nosecones. take the handle off of your buffer and take your time with it. Don't hit your bunk carpeting because it will melt the carpet. Span this project out over a number of days.... your arms more than likely won't handle it in one weekend. I had a lot more $$$ invested into this than I ever thought I would. I started with nothing. Have multiple pads on hand. After buffing again your arms will get a workout. Cleaning takes a good bit of time. I used cut up shirts to get the heavy and then finished with paper towels. I may not have done it by the book, but It came out decent. I will take pics when I pull it out this week.

I have ordered the Wolfgang metallwerk polish hoping not to need the compound but we will see, hopefully it will be here by this weekend. I spent last weekend using the white diamond metal polish which got me closer to what I want but still not the finish I'm looking for. I understand completely about your arms getting tired the gravity force on the polisher increases as the day goes on that's for sure.

ive used nuvite-sharkhides-few others but a friend told me about white diamond from advance auto, it comes in a clear bottle, white color but shake well before use, cheap like 15 a bottle, ill never go back to anything ive ever tried, after polished got a shower and ive never seen water run off like this with anything, we tried it on a pontoon never been no more than washed before, it was unreal what just one time did to it, it shined out and not much effort, try it guys youll see white diamond .
