I live in Missouri and I still don't have my issue either... I am normally about a week behind other subscribers getting my issue.... But as long as I get it.

Nothing like by the time you get yours everybody done talking about it and moved on, not that there any real stories in it, but clip and paste.

I got in the first year and every time I see something I wanted to follow up with and check their web site, I see the same write up and pictures in the mag.

They got free bee's they could have passed out to members to try and write about it, but that takes work and time.

Sorry Ihaven't been back to answer questions in a coupl days but I've been getting swamped with questions and emails.

I've gotten 154 emails
I have 176 people signed up on a waiting list
and have added 11 more dealers to my list. Yes it's been busy

Thumper3 This cover is not for everyone if your boat is already dragging than there's no reason to add more weight to the front. I don't know how old your boat i but I did some testing a while ago on a varity of boats and on some of the older boats the decks were between 14 and 16 from the water level and would probably have boyancy problems. A lot of the newer models(within the last 5 years the decks have raised up to 24'' from water level and have a lot more room. The prototype cover system weighs about 150lbs or in engineering terms the weightload is spread over 17 linial feet which equates to 8.82lbs per linial feet.

Before we go into production we are going to do a reverse engineering process and refine everything and try to see how much more we can reduce the weight .

tkrein- I believe I answered your weight question above and the front box sticks out 5.5 inches on the sides.

Badmoonrising-I saw your boat on a different thread- Nice How long is that and what kind of motor do you have.

Mike I wanted to answer your first email about the hit counter. I put it on there to study interest and buying patterns of boat owners to possibly help me out with some sales demographics later.

what about for trailering are you going to make it so the cover just comes off i know not everybody can keep their toon in the water all year. like us 3 months thats it. and if you are you should make a box on the bunk trailers to store it in. hey maybe you could add that as a extra or just through it into the price again just my thoughts

Tkrein-Have you visited the website. On the video at the end shows how to remove the cover off the front of the pontoon. Takes about 15 minutes. All you have to do is unbolt it around the top and slide it off.

BMR- Wow I'll bet you could practically live on that. Reminds me of when I was in Amsterdam, they have house boats that line the cannals over there that people actually live on. They say over there that's poverty housing, but I say they have the best seat in the house.

There was a guy at PDB who lived on his for the summer while he was buying a much larger boat. I've always wanted to live aboard, but Cheryl's against it. :tofunny If I did it, I would sell the PC and buy at least a 50 footer.

In this economy, I can see living aboard coming back in style as people lose their homes.

I think that would be totally cool. I had a friend who had a big boat he kept docked at a house he owned on the coast of Florida. I think his boat was over 80 feet he invited me over and we stayed out on it for a couple days, man was it a riot. He sold that boat though because he got tired of having to have a captain everytime he went out.

That's the way I want to end up. When I retire I want to get a big boat and spend the rest of my days treasure hunting.

And I'm with you on the economy, I'll be suprised if everyone in this country still can afford a house by the time our current government gets done with us. Hope we all have boats for a back up place to live.

We stay on the PC 4 days at Canal Days, and some weekends go out on Friday night and stay until Sunday night. I always sleep better on the boat, love waking up on the water. During the great depression, my late Grandmother lived on a house boat. She said it was one of the best times in her life despite how bad everything else was. I was looking into MyYachts and Catamaran Cruisers Aqualodge, pretty cool and fully equipped boats.

Dang, I like that rig. Yep I could live in that. If the weather got rough just load it up and put it on the lot. Bet the neighbors would have a field day passing new laws and restrictions if I showed up with one of those. I wouldn't even have to worry about whether to build or not.

There's one of them in one of the marinas on the Bohemia, so I am told by a friend who is a local firefighter. I'd like to see one in person.

62 thousand and you have to add a motor, generator and pressurized water system.

Be great to live on and cruise around on.
